Hooray!

Hooray! Pendragon 8 comes out in (count 'em) TWO DAYS! YAY!!! If you haven't read them, you really should. I'm not going to explain the plot, though, 'cause I don't feel like it. You see, I am in the process of writing a paper for intro to drama. Ugh. I didn't do any homework this weekend so I had to do it all today. But be on the lookout for the Pilgrims of Rayne! (though I admit that the Bobby on the cover looks gay. Literally. Oh well...) I, for one, shall be reading it the day it comes out, which is in fact Tuesday. I'm also excited because SCHOOL IS ALMOST OVER! I can't wait 'til summer! Especially 'cause of all the good books and/or movies coming out this year (*cough, cough* Harry Potter)! But really, guys, you should check out Pendragon. And Harry Potter if you haven't read it. And Artemis Fowl. And the Inheritance Trilogy. To name a few. So until next time everybody, remember to stay j-LARGE!

Mouthwash Tastes Like the Theory of Relativity

I may just use this as a title for my next scribe on Smith's blog... be on the lookout!

I have not done any homework in the last two days. That's not to say I didn't have any. I just didn't do it. Anyone else like that?

What is the labels thing at the bottom for? What is the point of a "label"?

I'm tired so g'night.

Remember to stay j-LARGE!

A Long Time Coming...

Wow... (looks back on previous posts) It's been a long time since my last post on here. One of the things I love most about life is that as it progresses, you get opportunities to look back, learn from your mistakes, see what you did right, and laugh at yourself. Continuing on that idea, it's odd how as kids we all (or most of us at least) think that the idea of keeping a journal as a waste of time. My mom always said that I should keep a journal when I was a kid so I could look at it some day in the future. I dismissed the idea. Now that it is upwards of eight years later, I regret the fact that I never kept any formal records of my thoughts, feelings, actions, etc. as a kid. It's fun to look at peoples' journals and laugh at the stupid things they said. As much as I know we all hate when moms take so many pictures, I'm glad that my mom did. Just recently I was looking at pictures of my past, how small I was, etc. and it was funny! One of the things I hate most about life is regret. I hate how when you do or don't do something important, you end up constantly thinking about it very soon. Oh well... I guess life can't be completely perfect.

On another subject, 92 days (as of today) until Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows comes out!!! Yay!!! Harry's going to die!!! Er, not "yay" on that one. Again, I guess life can't be completely perfect.

We're sorry for that sudden outburst of emotion from an (cough) anonymous Harry Potter freak.

Until next time, remember to say j-LARGE. (Wow it's been a long time since I said that...)

November!

Oh ehm gee people! It's November! Man, I love snow. And the ski season's started! I love skiing more than life. Well, not really but you get the point. Especially Steamboat. That place is pretty cool. If you haven't been there, you should really go. But my favoritest ski place of all time is... TELLURIDE! I love that place so much. You should go there if you ever get the chance, but I doubt you will because it's like eight hours from here... but it's pretty much amazing. Kinda like me! Just kidding. I'm not that full of myself, don't worry. Skiing is the best thing ever. SO much more than snowboarding. So anyways, have some amazing fun in the snow this November! (Notice the snowy color I used = )

Randomly Impulsive Thought Surging Through My Mind

How impulsive, you might ask? Well that is a good question. So good in fact, that it will earn you the right to know why these thoughts are so impulsive that they caused me to make two posts in one day. The answer is simple: I can't get all this random crap out of my head! When I go to sleep, I have a million different things going through my head. I think about books I'm reading. I think about school the next day. I think about why the hell there are lots of streets with two left-turn lanes but there seems to be none with two right-turn lanes. I think about... well, you get the point. Anyways, I feel so stupid when I try to explain the way my mind works when I'm actually talking to them, so why not write about it on a blog? I bet if someone made a map of my mind, they couldn't figure out how to get to America (assuming it's a to-scale map of the world, with the exception that the cities and countries and continents are replaced with thoughts, thought categories, and overall random things that classify all of the thoughts that are contained in the thought categories). Anyhow, the thought raging through my mind right now is this: damn, I really wish I was a phader. And what is a phader, you might ask? Well, to find the answer, you must read the Pendragon series by D.J. Machale, more specifically book four. In short, they work at things called lifelight pyramids on the territory of Veelox in Halla. They watch over the people in the pyramids. What are the pyramids, you may ask? They are black buildings in the shape of pyramids which containg millions of chambers for making jumps. Jumps are basically an entrance into your own dream world. You control what your surroundings are, what people live there, and the overall course of your life in the jump. And if you haven't already noticed, the purpose of this post was to get you interested in the Pendragon series because it's really a great series. You all should read it. Especially you, Kenna! For more information, see http://thependragonadventure.com/. Thanks for listening! So until next time everyone, remember to stay j-LARGE. And also, if you haven't noticed, I think that playing with colors is extremely entertaining. So much so that it caused me to write this note at the bottom! But anways, bye bye for real.

No one's really like me...

Wow I just realized that I am really a nerd. Well, at least in the sense of I like nerdy things. Take, for example, towers. I love to look at pictures of towers and whatnot. (Like the picture of the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the top). Why am I so nerdy? I dunno, maybe it's just because looking at things that are so immense makes me feel so small and its just something that feels good (not that I don't feel small looking at other people anyway ; ) But ya, that's just one example of my nerdiness. So until next time everybody, remember to stay j-LARGE!
